Engineering college on sale for Rs. 86!!

We are sure you will not believe this, but an engineering college in Bhopal is for sale for Rs 86. The management team of college consists of 8 engineers who have been working around the globe and wanted to do something in education.

These engineers took huge amount of loans and invested heavily on infrastructure and building state-of-the-art labs and classrooms. In addition they have hired professors right from IITs to MIT to give the best education for the students.

But other colleges have slashed fees by up to 80% and in many colleges bargain on fee is an open secret, this college struggle to offer fee much lower than what it expected.

The owners of this college fails to repay the loan of 7.3 crore on its head and hence they have offered to sell it for Rs. 86 (plus 7.3 crore). Any takers??? 😉
