Deadlocked traffic, pollution, noise, increasing cost of houses and annoying auto rickshaw driver charges (always claiming “saar, half return saar” ЁЯШЫ ) has already made life of Bangalore techies┬а hell and over to that the time of appraisal is coming.
With many companies openly saying to employees in the group meetings that the 2014 may see the worst recession of all times and we need “to be prepared”, it has been a sure shot indication of the level of appraisals and hikes employees can expect.
Keeping this in mind, an Appraisal Theater is opened in the Ascendas Mall of ITPL. In this one of its kind theater, employees can enter and shout, scream (or even bark if they wish) in front of the photographs of their bosses.
