Walk-in job fair for Microsoft/Google/TCS only for students whose average is below 50%

As a new year gift for those “talented” students who do not make it up to top companies and just remain struggling for initial few year because they have low scores in class 10, 12 or engineering, Microsoft, TCS and Google have launched a massive job campus for such students.

But remember, you can only apply if your net score is less than 50% in all of 10th, 12th or BE. The tests will consist of 5 rounds of screening in which 1st is the mark sheet check. After that 2 rounds of Group discussions (no abusive language allowed here 😉 ) and 1 round of extempore speech followed by an HR round.

Since the number of candidates to be taken via this channel is limited, it is advised to apply fast. But this has created disappointment in many students because some of the students with below 50% through out their career have some or the other time managed to score over 50% (thanks to scolding from dad).

But the other ones who have always found themselves “untouchables” for campus interviews are seen excited by the move. With politics being the last resort for many of these students, they have found a hope to enter the corporate world at ease.
