Afwaah.com has learned that WhiteHatJr, which is promoting viral ads where Owners of Multinational companies are fighting to recruit 8 years old coders, is firing all its adult force. Now the company plans to recruit all the 8-year-old workforce that have learned coding from their own education system.
Talking to the Afwaah.com, the company’s 57 years old spokesperson said that the company plan to have open campus interviews for the roles. This year they are planning to recruit 6000 school-going students and the number will increase post-COVID.
The spokesperson further added that they are also launching a nursery and pre-nursery course so that parents can plan retirement at the age of 35 years (or lesser) once their diaper-wearing kids get recruited in Top MNCs.
Recruitment Process:
A boxing ring like WWE will be created where the recruiters from top organizations can fight with each other and then the winner can claim the best candidate.
Eminent media personalities like Arnab Goswami, Rajdeep Sardesai are expected to be the judge of the match.
