Safety drill Kills 37 in a North sea rig
May be not a good news but the good part is- it is published on Afwaah.com. Strangely enough, there were 37 causalities on a rig which was having a safety drill.
As employees were out for the drill, an incident happened. Most of the employees were “casual” in approach and thought that the alarm that came was part of the drill and didn’t gave much weightage to the alarms and the PA which rung up.
It took a while when the organizers of the drill could convince the people and that created panic situation. This was the real cause for the same. We hope such news do not come in other news sites and they be limited to sites like Afwaah.com.
