Appraisal trauma rehab center opened in metros

With increasing number of trauma cases post appraisal which leave employees in shock-and-eve state (and sometimes unexplained state as well), 7 ex-IITians have started a appraisal trauma rehab center.  Interestingly, the idea popped up at their get-together party held 1 month back where all of them were frustrated with the kind of reviews and feedback they get during appraisal time.

“Sharing is caring” and these guys shared there ordeals about the hour long talks they have once in a year with their bosses just to find themselves living as bunch of losers. They have opened centers across 4 metros and planning to have centers in 89 other cities across the countries and a few abroad as well.

They have already received thousands of registrations and are hoping to list their company in stock markets soon.
